From welcoming new members in autumn to handing over to a new committee in summer, here is how SetMatcher helps at each point in the year.
Invite members by email, one at a time or up to 200 at once from a spreadsheet. Someone joins your member list when they accept, so the list stays accurate and nobody is signed up without knowing it.
Enter your teams for the season and pick each squad from your members. A player can be in only one team per division, and members can also put their own name down for a team through a link you share.
The fixture list is made for you, with home and away matches balanced. The league table updates after every result, counted the way your federation counts it, and promotion and relegation are worked out at the end of the season.
When the committee changes, hand the club, a group or a competition over to the new person. Nothing changes until they accept, so your club always has an owner, even after someone leaves.
What it does not do: SetMatcher is not a membership administration and does not collect membership fees. It keeps track of who plays, what they played and the results. Your federation still decides how your league is organised.
